Seems like we are all having the same issue! I also tried those things like setting up a compatible network and just connecting the main Sky Glass and Pucks to it but still did not work. Also set them all to stay connected to network, removed all energy saving settings etc but no luck. I really hope they sort something soon, as turning off the router so many times a day is probably not doing it much good either!

Been having the same issue for over 3 months. Keep resetting EE router.

Is there any update on this? I have checked in with EE and the issue is not broadband related. I have 2 Glass and 2 pucks in use. Currently having to reset my router once or twice a day. Really getting frustrating now. I suspect there is an issue with the latest sky OS. Is there an ETA on a fix ? My monthly subscription is far too much for the experience i am receiving . 

Any update or advice welcomed.

Sky - has a fix been found for this issue which clearly appears to be a software bug?

 

Having had no issues for years with My Sky Glass connection (same router, provider etc) it is now happening on almost a daily basis and sometimes more than once a day.

 

Shouldn't need to be resetting TV and/or router all the time when the TV clearly has internet connection as streaming channels work fine.
