Promised tesco vouchers but haven't received email
I was promised tesco vouchers for compensation for skys awful customer service, said I would recieve them within 24 hours, 3 days later still not received.

I am having the same problem. Since August 2025 I have been promised vouchers and they never arrive. I get the email to say click here to recieve your reward but when it directs me to my sky there is nothing there.
I have raised multiple complaints but no one seems to do anything about it.
I have called every month since Aug, been put though to 8 different departments, promised call backs, but still nothing.
To top this off I asked for all the complaint references and they refused to give it. I asked for a new complaint to be opened and they just transfer the call. I can't even go to the ombudsman without the ref
