@Alex+McCabe If it's still on your account make the new device a primary device and remove the Old TV, it should really be completely reset befoe you remove it.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You will need to speak to sky to remove a streaming TV (glass) from your account.
