New to Sky Glass

We only took possesion of a  Sky Glass TV yesterday. Today I'm getting the message: There is a technical fault. Please try again later. The screen is blank except for the message: no sound or picture on any channel.

Is this an issue withthe Sky Glass TV or is it a Sky issue?

There was an issue for some customer's earlier today.

Details of that thread here with a Sky answered post.

Try doing a settings restart and hopefully it should fix the temporary issue for you:

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Glass Tv and any Sky Stream pucks you may have will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.

There was an issue this morning at Sky which has allegedly been fixed. Give the TV a restart either from the settings menu or turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on. This should hopefully fix it.

Also make sure your broadband speed is fast and stable, otherwise you'll likely have issues with maintaining a reliable service.
