New sky glass tv freezing

Need to switch It off and back on at the wall as it keeps freezing or jumping between two screens/pages on the guide page doesn't let me do anything until I turn it off at the wall.

Check your broadband connection to the TV.
Open the Netflix app and run a network check from the get help menu. What speed is the TV receiving?

Cheers, it says the speed is 114.86 Mbps. Sky internet and supposedly I've just been upgraded to a faster speed. Supposedly .

Well that's more than enough speed. Just make sure it's not subjected to any interference or is fluctuating too much. Sky's streaming hardware is more sensitive to such things than most other kit, largely because SkyOS is server-based so it needs a constant connection to the servers.
