New broadband, says connected, nothing loads
This morning I got new broadband fitted, from community fibre. Previously I was with plusnet.
My Sky Glass is connected to the new WiFi fine and working, as is everything else in the house.
Except for my Puck, which is in the bedroom.
Plusnet speed was around 60Mb.
Community fibre speed is about 200Mb (according to a speed test on my phone, in the bedroom next to the TV).
The puck connects to WiFi fine, and appears to stay connected.
But channels or saved programmes only load sometimes, and when they do, take ages. I've also noticed a lag between picture and sound.
Any suggestions on how I can solve this?
