if it's only happening on YouTube then this is common due to the excessive bass and low quality recording that some videos have
if it's present on all sources then try a reboot by pulling the plug for a few minutes
if that doesn't work then I'm afraid you may need to contact sky to arrange a replacement unit if under warranty
