I have been a Sky customer for 16 year and I have your latest equipment the Sky glass television. I find that sometimes it detached itself from the WiFi or it will not let me access certain applications. Today I found that I was thrown out of paramount + which is a service that is included with my package. Please can my account be looked at for hacking. With a television that is connected to WiFi this is a serious issue for anyone of your customers.

Hi @FX2021
You are not talking to Sky this is a customer helps customer forum. Paramount is a completely separate service, while it is included it's not administered by Sky, there should be paramount support who can assist.

In terms of the WiFi, I have Glass and 4 pucks working of wifi with EE. Is your broadband also with Sky? If so they should be able to assist you with end to end troubleshooting, simply dial 150 from your Sky landline.
