Moved from sky glass to sky q no tv

We cancelled sky glass today.. moved to sky Q and engineer out to put mini boxes in next week.. currrbtlt can't get any Sky service on TV?

@CWW3  If you've moved back to Sky Q then your Glass subs will have been cancelled to allow Sky Q to be ordered.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
