@Dylan22  What exactly are you trying to do?    You can't cast from your phione the the Glass TV if that is what you are doing?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do you mean you want your Sky Glass account and Sky Mobile account to be on the same Sky ID, if so go through this:
