Issues with Game of Thones

Hello,

 

I was watching Game of Thrones earlier today when on the finale of season 4 it froze and now keeps coming up with "sorry technical issues" if I try watch any episode.

 

How can I fix this on a. sky Glass TV.

Have you tried power off at the mains for a few minutes? Or restarting your Glass (Settings > System Management> Resets & updates > Restart) in the first instance.

Hi @Lportass28 A restart of the puck will probably resolve the issue for you as it tends to clear software glitches.  It's certainly worth a try.

 

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
