Ive had issues woth sky not being able to connect to my sky glass TV, on the app ut says let's fix the problem but its not saying qhat the problem is. My broadband is all working perfectly. Sometimes the channel your watching starts buffering like you'd get with bad weather. Can never get hold of an agent to talk to
