Yes you do. All Sky do is essentially pay the Netflix bill for you.

 

When you followed the instructions to link your Sky and Netflix accounts, as part of that process you would have created a Netflix account (if you didn't already have one) and then logged into it on your Sky device. It's this process that tells Netflix  the billing is being handled by Sky.

@Shirley7766  No one here or at Sky would know your netflix password if they did it would be a major concern. 

 

You can reset it with Netflix https://www.netflix.com/nl-en/LoginHelp

Isn't it part of the package though. I don't have separate Netflix account

@Shirley7766  You still need to reset it with Netflix, Sky can't do it for you.

That's going to be fun as I'm not aware of any account with Netflix.   Only with sky

@Shirley7766  You have an account with Netflix, otherwise you would not be able to watch Netflix content would you?

 

The email will be the one you use for Sky.
