Having trouble signing credit agrey

I've been trying to sign a credit agreement for sky glass, I've tried on my app on sky.com on different devices! And it still won't let me.

I've spoken to sky

mult times and done all the troubleshooting. I've had to reorder the package twice and been charged £20 each time.

Hi, I have tried the sky help, and every time I try it says something went wrong please try again later, I've been trying since Friday.

How can I escalate my problem with signing a credit agreement?

If you are having  trouble  and you  want sky glass  tv then go to your  nearest  curry's shop  and order  it from  there
