Half Price Whole Home Offer not available when I sign in.

Hi, I wanted to get the half price whole home offer £6 a month. It shows on the website but when I sign into my account theres no offer its shown as full price £12 a month. Anyone else had this issue?

Do you  all ready have a puck  ? The half price  whole  home is for new customers  only as I found out

Yes we already have Sky Stream, oh is it only for new customers? I read the offer and took it as being for stream and glass customers. Thanks for replying.

Heres the link to it, I saw it on customer deals scroll down underneath the Ultra HD offer. It says half price whole home until I login then its full price.

That definitely implies that it's available to existing customers who don't already have Whole Home. I would ring Sky.

I've just spoken to Sky they said there is a half price offer for existing Stream customers. Its £39 for the extra puck then its £6 extra a month if you want to ring them back.
