Glass keeps dropping connection 2/4 times a day

Glass keeps loosing connection 3/4 times a day and needs turning off at the socket to reset. Not a network issue as all other devices including 2 pucks work fine

unfortunately it probably is a network issue ! Glass works differently to other streaming platforms and requires a consistently steady internet connection 

 

if you are using WiFi try Ethernet cable (and turning WiFi off in the settings )

 

or vice versa ...

Also worth a reboot of your router and pulling the plug on your glass unit for a few minutes
