 This is all I'm getting even when I restart it, it will work normally for 5 minutes then this message appears

Restarts are creating a temporary then the issue returns when you change channels.

Sky whats going on in cant watch anything as I keep getting there's a technical fault ? Yet when I have done my checks its states there's nothing wrong ?

Blue Screen : Technical Fault

I am in Norfolk and have the same experience as numerous other customers (as seen Sky Community chat). Basically,I cannot access the services that I am paying you for.Please rectify as a matter of urgency.Transmission cuts out,goes to blue screen with "There is a technical fault" message.It's very annoying.

I'm on the south east coast of Kent and I've been getting the same problem even now I have the warning on my tv but the picture is playing at the same time it's really annoying the price we pay the service is ridiculous

I'm having same problems, technical fault.  Unplugged TV, rebooted internet.  Works ok for a few minutes then crashes again.  So frustrating.  Small comfort that it seems a general issue and not just me!

I'm north east sky glass and having same problem rang sky they said they will call after 4pm to try and fix

No channels

On the screen it says technical issue with and I can't get channels to come on. The puck would come on the other day so wonder if it's this that's causing a problem. It has also just switched off mid watching too. This morning gone off completely but puck white light is on

Keep getting “ there is a technical fault”. Switching off the puck fixes it, but the issue reoccures

Having significant problems with streaming this morning. We periodically have to switch off the puck, to reset problems like loss of sound or black channels.  This morning its persistently displaying " there is a technical fault" and channels are unavaiable, or screens freeze at the end of a programme.

Mine has now started working, i unplugged all items, the open reach fibre optic plug, the router & stream box, then plugged each item back in waiting 5mins between each, might of been a coincident or just been lucky.
