Re: Sky puck technical fault
As mentioned above.
Sky are working on the issue and looking to fix.
In the meantime, try the temporary fix in the answered post.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Sky puck technical fault
Hi @Rohad I Note you are connected via Ethernet. There is currently a known issue when connected by Ethernet which Sky are working to resolve. Have a look at post 12 above and you will see it contains a workaround which saves you having to reboot when the error message occurs.
You could also try using WiFi instead of Ethernet to see if there is any improvement. If you decide to try this make sure you turn WiFi back on in the Network Settings (as you are using Ethernet it should currently be turned off).
Here are a couple of other links that might also help

Hi any update on this?
I'm having the same issue with my sky glass and all my sky streams at home.
This is extremely annoying. Any update?

No, I've tried everything that everyone has suggested, the annoying issue persists sadly.
