Change in TV order

I have ordered 5 inch Sky Glass TV with wall mount. However I found out that wall is not compatable for wall mount. I want to change the order from Wall mount to TV on stand. How to go with it,  please? Hope it should be easy as that's a minor change just from wall mount to stand and rest of the order remains the same.

A 5 inch Glass? That's a small one! 
You'll need to cancel the whole order and start a new one. Call Sky to sort it out.

Sorry, it was typo, I mean 55 inch TV

The wall mount is an extra you order along with the tv. The tv will come with a normal stand as well.
