You will need to call Sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the community. However you do have 31 days after delivery to return Glass and cancel the contract in any event.

Sky have told me to refuse the delivery when they arrive, and that will cancel the order because I have not taken delivery or activated the TV, I already have a Sky Q subscription and have been with Sky for 24 years.
