Can't find my remote

My remote isn't beeping and can't find anywhere trying to use my phone as remote but don't understand how

@WinnieWoo2  You need the App "Sky Remote"  from either the Apple or Android store, the TV will need to be turned on using the power button on the TV before using the app,   https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-remote-app

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @WinnieWoo2 

 

@you can download the remote from the AppStore specific to your phone type (Google play store or Apple App Store)

 

once installed you ll need to turn the tv on via the button on the side then open the app. It should find the tv and allow you to pair up.

 

you can then use the buttons on the app screen (which mimics the look of the tv remote) to navigate through your screen
