Absolutely rubbish service

Have had sky broadband and TV for a year now and I can't believe how bad both of these services are from the same company the broadband is the worst coverage I've ever had and the TV service only works when it feels like constantly going off and on. Once this contract is up I will never ever touch sky products again they are the worst.

You are telling other sky customers. Not sky. If you are unhappy with their service then voting with your feet is the right thing to do.

 

If you feel that your not getting the service you are paying for, have you reported this to Sky? Via their contact center or maybe by making a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

If you give a little more information about the issues you are having the community will do it's best to assist.

In contrast, I live in the middle of nowhere in Wales, there's no fibre here, but I get a constant 58Mb/s over copper, and the TV service is rock solid!

Your TV service (if Glass/Stream) won't be reliable if your broadband is flaky.

Have you done a speed test via the Netflix app?
