sky will not return ny delivery payment

I orded sky glass tv then when I read about other customers reveiws I cancelled the next day. I payed over the phone a £20 delivery cost but have not received my payment back to my account , when I try to call ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SELL ME SOMETHING ELSE. can I inform my legal team of this to get my money back. yours Jacqueline

You'll need to ring Sky to get this sorted I'm afraid. Just be firm but polite and tell them that you don't want any sales pitch, you just want your money back.
