sky tv puck , sound issue , sound doesn’t line up with video , when turned off it goes back to norm
sound on all tv channels and apps becomes out of sinc with the video after around 30 mins / 1 hour, when box is turned of an back on sound and video are back in sinc but again they will be out of time , this issue has been going on for around 4 weeks now , i have sky broadband aswell and when audio visual does not work the broadband still works perfectly

@hmw2468 Welcome to the forum.
The lip sync issue is a known problem that Sky are trying to fix. They recommend changing your Audio to PCM or Passthrough as a temporary workaround whilst they find a permanent solution.
You can change the audio setting at Settings > Picture & Sound > Sound > Digital Audio Output HDMI.
