sky glass taking longer than normal to load a channel

Hi Guys

I have found that just recently my sky glass is taking a lot longer to loads a channel than normal.  I have reset the sky glass back to factory setting but that seems to make no diffence. any one else having this problem

@Andy362 A fair few of us! Read the marked answer in this thread and the last couple of pages about a possible workaround until Sky release a fix for this firmware issue:

It is never recommended to do a factory reset, as it can cause account issues.

Obviously this time for you, it went through ok.

We have been made away by Sky that it really should only be done when Sky have requested it themselves or if you are on a service call with Sky.

As for your problem, although you have done the above.

Could you do a restart of your broadband router and once done, perform a Sky Glass settings restart by;

Going to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass Tv will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
