@Anonymous  The reason being this affects both Glass & Stream and havin g multiple threads regarding the issue is very difficult to mange.  We did this for the Outage last week also.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Can’t access BBC1

I have just tried to put on BBC1 but says I don't subscribe to it, I live in the Midlands but can watch BBC1 NI, Wales or Scotland.
