tried unplugging but still the same, with a few random others giving the same message, sky News, witness and Max and comedy!  It's getting silly. The bloody tv freezes every day as well

I've got the same issues but the only channels not working for me are the UK news channels (Sky, BBC, GB News). All others seem ok.

Got the sane issue...called customer service they didn't have a clue put me on hold for techies but gave up after 20 mins...Total joke paying £13 a month more than the start of the year and don't even get all channels ...think it's time to bin Sky
