Error "to watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription" for BBC News, Sky News etc.

I'm getting the "to watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription. Then you'll be able to start enjoying this channel. Say "My Sky" to upgrade now" message on the TV.  It's affecting some channels only and there are ones definitely included in the subscription like BBC News, Sky News. It's Sky Stream using a puck. We only watch on one decice. Have tried re-starting the puck.

• I am unable to get ITV1 on Sky Glass
• I had an error message saying "you need to upgrade your subscription"
• It's a free service and all my subscription are up to datë
• I have unplugged the tv and reset ir, but now I just get a blanket screen

 Me too.ITV BBC 4 and GBNews that i know of so far.Saying i must upgrade my subscription.

Can watch on SkyGo but silly me i prefer to watch on the TV screen.
