i have netflix through sky. one tv has a puck and i can access netflix. but the offer i was given allows me to login to betflix on four other tvs, and i have two others in the house. but i cannot login to the others because i do not have account details. if this is possible, how do i get my own netflix account details?

Hi @Super+Charlie

Sky don't provide netflix accounts. They simply pay the bill on your behalf. Therefore an account must have been created and signed in with.

If you open netflix and open the menu, scroll down and across to get help, under member it will show you the account that it's signed in with.

If you don't know the password for this account you will need to reset it with netflix: https://www.netflix.com/gb/LoginHelp

Some info from a Sky perspective: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

Yes on the puck that you say netflix is working on, open the netflix app, press left to open the netflix menu and then down and right to get help.
