it seems that i owe 1p on my account and sky wont let me watch any channels till i pay how low can theynget

The amount is irrelevant if you are in arrears the automated system will restrict your access until your account is no longer in arrears and a new continuous payment method as been setup.

@saltire68 That certainly sounds unreasonable but I suspect it is an automated process.  Give them a call and hopefully you will get the issue resolved 🤞
