Trying to play prime films but get a notification telling me I can play film with proper payment details but they are correct when click to play in a red notification box which I can't seem to cancel said details

Given prime is an Amazon app and it seems like an Amazon account issue not sure how much help we can be. I guess one thing to check is, does the prime app work on other devices?
If it's not, you will need to speak to Amazon support.
