issue with prime app subscription

Trying to play prime films but get a notification telling me I can play film with proper payment details but they are correct when click to play in a red notification box which I can't seem to cancel said details

Hi @kuppy 

 

Given prime is an Amazon app and it seems like an Amazon account issue not sure how much help we can be. I guess one thing to check is, does the prime app work on other devices?

 

If it's not, you will need to speak to Amazon support.

Are you trying to rent or buy a film from Amazon Prime? That would be the only reason I'd suspect any warning about payment methods to come up.
