iover charging

I buy the sky glass tv price charge £24. I was advised to take Netflix I says yes and charge me £16.99 for that and now they deducted £58 from my account and I am talking on phone they passing on phone from one department to another and telling me you will get call from manager. I am waiting but no call. please solve this.

@harry+hill+farm you are talking to other customers not Sky when posting in the forum. As Sky will have to sort this for you wait for the call back if it doesnt come then post again and a  forum superuser can escalate this to a Sky team who support the forum

@harry+hill+farm  You are not talking to Sky customer services via the forum, we have no access to your account or any calls you made.

 

Have you checked you bill to see what periods thery cover as any changes to your subs will cause a difference on the 1st couple of bills.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/bill-not-as-expected

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

£24 would get you the Ultimate Television subscription service on an 18 month minimum term: it would not also cover the monthly repayment of a purchase loan for the television set itself over either two or four years.  Without paying cash for the TV up front the monthly cost cannot be that low, with or without Netflix.
