You may be able to cancel online if you aren't in your minimum term for Sky Sports via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv

Otherwise you would need to phone Sky, if you are within the minimum term they may not allow you to cancel Sky Sports or may allow it with an early termination fee. When phoning and asked by the automated service what your call is about just say "cancellation", if it tries to send you online just say "No" or stay quiet and it will put you in the queue to speak to an advisor.

i tried online with no success and i say cancellation on phone and it replies we are sorry to hear that, asks for mums maiden name then says anything else we can help with, so no idea if cancelled or not.think web page is totally useless, and the fact you cant talk to anyone is dreadful service

@tyandpepper  There is no point in me escalating your post to the community messaging team as cancellations are not something they can deal with so your only option is to call Sky.

To get past the chatbots my suggestion is similar to that given by @MarkGoldsmith but instead of saying Cancellation try the following answers.

Say about  sky glass

Say it’s something else

Say NO when asked about using the web link

This should result in you being put through to an adviser. It has worked for me in the past.

This is how I get to speak to  an  advisor, ring sky go through  everything, when the recording says we have sent you  a link  would you like to use it say no, you will  then be asked  your details, say on the call and you will  get  to  speak  to  an  advisor , I do it all the time never not got through  to  someone  yet, hope this  helps

I normally get to the point where it asks for me to enter a mobile no and I just ignore this 3 times then get transferred through to a "human being""

Does the autobot want the mobile number to send the link to the Sky Community .... so that Sky can get the Sky Community members to do Sky's support🤔
