Re: eerr trying to book a glass installation we are not Sky customers but no access on the website?
Hi @Fiona98
We are fellow customers here on the forum. Sky do not provide installation for Glass it is a self install product. However if no delivery is available it may be due to stock / supply issues.
Best option is to call sky. See: https://www.sky.com/help/home scroll down to need more help? And there is an 03330 number. The forum software doesn't allow us to post numbers.
Mike sure you do your research Glass is now 3 years old. You may be better with another TV and a Sky Puck. Also Glass and Stream needs strong, stable and fast broadband.

Please Note: I am not a Sky employee. I am a fellow subscriber. Please do not PM me as they will not be responded to. Posting publicly to a thread increases the usefulness for all.

You cannot go through on that number unless you already have a SKY account ?
So we cannot speak to anyone and cannot actually arrange a purchase of a product ? unless you are already with them.
this country is radically broken IMHO
Glass does offer installation (my mother is 87!!?) for an extra fee.

The extra fee is to put the TV together however activation is down to the customer (I.e. connect to WiFi etc). If you don't respond to the automated system, does it not put you through? The other option would be to visit a Sky retail store.

@Fiona98 You don't have to be a customer to phone sky on that number
you just need to ignore the automated bot and not respond, you will then get to an agent

The courier company might do so, but Sky does not.
