disney plus

i want to downgrade my disney plus subscription which is through sky and it wont let me downgrade unless i do it through sky as that is where i get it from, problem is sky wont let me access it thgrough their app, do i have to cancel it? if so how can i cancel through the sky app

You should be able to do this via sky marketplace on on your Sky Glass:

If your not able to you will need to call Sky Customer Services as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
