Thats correct TNT Sports is only available on the Discovery + premium tier.
If you pay for TNT Sports via Sky, then your included Discovery + Basic tier gets upgraded to Discovery + Premium.
If you pay for Discovery + Premium directly, then you get access to TNT Sports on Discovery + but not the channels on Sky.
