You've received your Sky Glass Gen 2, what are your thoughts?

Took delivery of my 43 inch Sky Glass 2nd gen yesterday.

Very happy with it great sound and picture, no more shadowy dots on greens and whites. 
Set up couldn't have been easier I did it on my own all very simple and seamless.

The whole process from ordering to delivery and set up very easy.

I love it, so does my granddaughter, she's only 6 and had learnt that she can turn it on without the remote control, 

the picture is crystal clear and the volume is great, I wish I'd bought one sooner

24 hours in and I can only say I am delighted with my tortuous decision to go with the Sky Glass Gen 2. Picture is excellent, colours are vibrant, blacks are dark and well defined (certainly on a par with my Philips Mini LED) and the sound actually surpasses what I had with my LG soundbar and rear speakers. Much better bass and the room-filling sound works well.

It is simple to operate (coming from Sky Stream there is not too much difference). Switching apps or to my Fire TV box is seamless and reasonably quick. 

Only thing I changed was the motion sensor as I didn't want it switching on as a walked by. The "Hello Sky" commands work well and understand my Scottish accent most of the time. 

Like most major purchases, I was having second thoughts while awaiting delivery. I am very happy that I stuck with it and I am loving my Sky Glass Gen 2.

Not sure I'm very impressed with it. I find it difficult to navigate, and I'm missing the record and +1 channels. So if I'm honest I really don't like it.

Hi @Kazza18 

it's the same operating system as gen 1 glass and sky stream. The +1 channels are obsolete as you can basically start and watch show on any channel with the watch from start button you see when you first put the channel on. 

the record button has been replaced with the + button on the remote which adds the show you want to record to your playlist. It does take a little getting used to but stick with it !

I've received the TV yesterday and just set it up. I'm finding it very good picture wise and the sound is good but not sure if it's beating my Sonos Beam Gen 2. But it's still not bad at all and far superior to your standard TV speaker. 

two things I'm struggling to get over. The TV is so bulky. Like the thickness is unreal. I wouldn't feel confident hanging this on my wall. 

and why is the stand so poorly designed the TV wobbles back and forth like a see saw? There's so much flex in it.

First impressions very good, sound and picture both excellent, will take a bit of adaptation from Q though.
