Last night was playing the xbox s series absolutely fine no issues, turned it all on this morning and it's a blank screen but can here sound, have tried different ports same thing happens black screen but there is sound, have even change the hdmi cable and its still the same. Xbox is working as have tried on another TV. Please can anyone help

Have you tried fully rebooting the Glass TV? Turn it off at the wall for at least a minute then power back on and allow it to restart.

No problem - glad it worked!
A reboot seems to be the standard (temporary) fix for most problems like this on Sky Glass.
If issues don't get fixed after a reboot then it's best to ask for more help on here or ring Sky but hopefully you'll be plain sailing from here on.
