This issue is not new as ive seen many posts on the same thing.
How do i get my correct region now that ive moved into deepest Essex.

Yes I went through the move team. You have to call them to update your address. The address is fine on the system.

Any idea how to fix it? Do i really have to call sky, be on hold for 30mins, for them to 'fix it'?

You could try and email viewerR@sky.uk and advise them of your issue
