Wrong programme in playback

I added Dan Snow: Into Dinosaur Valley  (Channel 5) and my playlist shows that title and says 1 hr 30 mins as expected. However, on playback, it just shows a 27 minute documentary on the royal family (not the dinosaurs I was after).

 

Anyone know how I can get the programme I am looking for please because whatever I try, it just the royals 🤬

Issues like this can be reported to Skys viewer relations team who will investigate with the relevant team.

The only other thing you can do is see if it's in the My5 app for play back. As Sky Glass and Stream doesn't record locally we are at the mercy of sky's systems functioning and like all IT systems, things go wrong.

Thanks Mike. I did try that and had the same problem. The programme is now working but just frustrating this and similar glitches with sky glass are so frequent. I never had this kind of problem with Sky Q
