Im a new customer and it won’t let me join sky using my address but it will if I use a different address

if it's something along the lines of there is already an active account at the address, it could be that a previous owner/tenant did not cancel/transfer out their account before moving
if this is the case you won't be able to sign up until the current active account is cancelled/transferred out
