You will need to provide a little more information for the community to assist. Is this a first time set up? Or is this watching a program? When you say "switches off" can you describe what you mean?
Have you tried powering off at the mains for a few minutes and trying again in the first instance? Also might be worth trying the "not valid" advice in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/your-sky-glass-pin
