Wireless network problem

Am without my sky service everything seems to be order my iPhone and iPad are working but I can't get into my sky glass it's not accepting my correct password and it keeps telling me wireless network disconnected but all the wires and everything are ok I've tried disconnecting the usual wires but nothing works I am without service since last wed what can I do

Try restarting both your Glass tv and your broadband router, by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds. Let your router start up before turning your Glass back on. Then see if you can connect
