WiFi drops for connectivity to glass

My sky glass has started failing to connect to the internet

I have a booster already and everything else works pucks etc in other rooms are fine

also the sound sync has been dropping everyday about a second out it's so annoying

Re: WiFi drops for connectivity to glass

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @december65

The audio sync issue is a known issue. There is a mega thread on the forum with a link to a form which Sky are using to track it. See: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Glass-Live/Speech-out-of-sync-on-Sky-glass/td-p/4831146

In terms of the drop out. Is this when you turn your glass on? Try setting the network standby mode to ON and overnight power save OFF. You can find this is settings > startup and standby.
