Why is Sky glass customers not getting the channel 191 called That’s Christmas?

Sky Q and older boxes are getting the channel, however when I looked on my sky glass it is not on there and when I googled it say sky glass/stream won't get the channel but no explanation as to why. I don't understand we pay so why aren't we getting it?

@Fox82  It will be down to That's TV who own the channel, Sky can't simply put channels on any of their platforms that they don't own.

Best to reach out to Thats TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Glass and Stream have never had the same channel lineup as the satellite platforms.

Hi @Fox82

It's on satellite as Sky and Thats TV have a carriage agreement in place. They don't for Glass / Stream. This could be for a number reasons. It could be the broadcaster  don't have the capacity to meet Sky's requirements for streaming, it could be cost, it could be subscriber numbers.

The honest truth is we are fellow customers and don't know. But as the others have said Sky publish what channels are available on the platform, the fact that it is on satellite is largely irrelevant in the context of sky's streaming platform.

Sky is a regulated EPG provider, and so is obliged to issue a numbered slot on its satellite platforms for any channel holding a UK broadcasting licence if the channel owners request such a thing, pay a standard fee and meet some minimum technical and administrative requirements .
