I have to switch on the TV with the TV remote...then find HDMI slot ....then reconnect the Sky remote, tell it to ventral volumes etc...

Why csnt it remember and automatically come on ?

If your TV is switched off, what happens if you press the Home button on your Sky remote?

The Stream has setting in the menu for HDMI control, make sure its switched on.
