@amandaogden  If you have recently switched to glass from sky Q or plus there is a crossover period in payments as explained on the link below you will receive a refund for any overpayment

If you purchase a Sky Glass TV you have different payments for the TV itself and for the streaming service. You own the TV, it's not rented or loaned so if you signed up to pay for it via monthly payments then you must continue to do so. You can cancel the streaming service at any point and continue to use the TV as a big monitor.
