Why am I still paying for Netflix despite having it with aky

Can you tell me why im still paying for Netflix despite have it with a sky plan?

Hi @Sabirna68 

 

We are fellow subscribers here on the community not sky customer service. However you get standard with ads free with sky. If you upgrade to stand or premium there is a change for this on your sky bill.

 

If you mean you are paying netflix as well as sky, did you sign in to activate your netflix account as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

 

This tells netflix to stop billing you and that billing is handled by sky. If you believe you have done these you will likely need to call sky and Netflix.

Because you probably haven't linked your Netflix account to Sky @Sabirna68
