Whole home set up

How do I set up sky on the other TV's in my house? I have 2 picks which I've plugged in on the downstairs TV's but I'm unsure how to connect the bedroom TV's? Do I need more puck's?

Re: Whole home set up

You'll need a puck for each tv, unless it's a Sky Glass tv.

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.

@Michelle168

'Whole Home' is a Sky product name rather than a description of fact: they don't know how many television sets you possess at the address unless you order the appropriate number of pucks yourself.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

As mentioned above.

Each TV will need a puck.

You can purchase another puck in the MySky app or via your MySky online account in a browser.

In MySky, go to My products>Your Home setup and order one.

A puck is loaned to you and has a one off cost of £39.95
